group. Merck Serono’s global headquarters are located in Geneva, Switzerland. Merck Serono discovers, develops, manufactures and markets innovative small molecules and biopharmaceuticals to help patients
with unmet medical needs.
Merck Serono Australia was established in January 2007 following the acquisition of Serono by Merck and is responsible for
supplying Merck’s innovative biopharmaceuticals in Australia and New Zealand. Merck Serono Australia is based in the Northern
Beaches area of Sydney.
